Cotabato State University secures champion in the first-ever Cotabathenyo: Intercollegiate Quizbee Competition in line with the celebration of the 65th Araw ng Cotabato held at the Peoples Palace on June 19.

With his writing prowess, Jalil A. Ruro, the incumbent news editor of The Torch, the official student publication of Cotabato State University, clinched the second runner-up title in the virtual on-the-spot essay writing contest conducted during the fifth Bangsamoro Foundation Day on Jan. 21.

Finalists Aladin Abas, Haelah Abdul, and Afnan Dianang accumulated 8th place in the final round of the Philippine Microbiology Olympiad (PhilMO) Quiz Bee at DOST XII Halal Laboratory, Koronadal City, on November 22.
